# GRI and Metalurgia Calviño form joint venture to make wind towers in Argentina

GRI Renewable Industries has signed a joint venture with Metalurgia Calviño to start manufacturing wind towers in Argentina in the second half of 2017. The factory will be located in Calviño's industrial center in Florencio Varela, Buenos Aires, initially producing 300 wind towers per year and creating 350 jobs.
