# COMAC and UAC establish wide-body jet joint venture CRAIC

Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (COMAC) and Russia's United Aircraft Corp (UAC) formally registered a joint venture, China-Russia Commercial Aircraft International Corporation Ltd. (CRAIC), to develop and build a wide-body commercial aircraft. The venture will have a research centre in Moscow and assembly line in Shanghai, targeting maiden flight and first delivery in 2025-2028.
