# Rheinmetall Automotive licenses steel piston technology to ZYNP for China

KS Kolbenschmidt GmbH, part of Rheinmetall Automotive, has signed a license agreement with ZYNP Corporation to produce and market commercial vehicle steel pistons for the Chinese market. ZYNP will acquire new production lines and set up a new plant in Mengzhou, Henan province, with a double-digit million euro investment.
