WIN Semiconductors Corp has completed phase 2 expansion at its Fab C wafer fab in Guishan, Taoyuan City, Taiwan, adding state-of-the-art clean rooms and equipment for GaAs MMIC production and optical devices. The facility will more than double capacity when fully built out.
