# Tianma selects Orbotech for flex AMOLED Gen 6 fab in Wuhan

Orbotech Ltd. announced that Tianma Micro-electronics Co. Ltd. selected Orbotech's ArrayChecker and AOI solutions for its production-line upgrade to flexible AMOLED technology at its Gen 6 fab in Wuhan, China. Tianma invested approximately $1.8 billion in the fab, which is expected to reach mass production in the second half of 2017.
