Oerlikon Neumag and Teknoweb Materials agreed to establish a new jointly-owned company to extend the nonwovens production systems portfolio into the disposable nonwovens market. The partnership combines Oerlikon Neumag's technical nonwovens equipment with Teknoweb's Arvell technology for energy-efficient wipe production.
