# JSR, Ube Industries, and Mitsubishi Rayon agree to integrate ABS resin businesses

JSR, Ube Industries, and Mitsubishi Rayon agreed to establish a new joint company for their ABS resin businesses, effective October 1, 2017. The new company will be 51% owned by JSR and 49% by UMG ABS (a joint venture of Ube and Mitsubishi Rayon), with a capital of 3 billion yen.
