# Dana to buy power-transmission and fluid power businesses of Brevini Group

Dana Incorporated agreed to purchase an initial 80% stake in the power-transmission and fluid power businesses of Italy's Brevini Group, with an option for the remaining 20% by 2020. The 100% value is set at €325 million including about €100 million of net debt; closing is expected in early 2017.
