# Metso to acquire valve automation division of Rotex Manufacturers and Engineers

Metso has signed an agreement to acquire the valve automation division of India-based Rotex Manufacturers and Engineers. The division has two manufacturing facilities near Mumbai, about 275 employees, and sales of approx. INR 1,550 million; closing is expected in July 2018 and the price is undisclosed.
