# Dantherm acquires MCS group from Alcedo fund

Italian private equity firm Alcedo sgr sold MCS group, a producer of portable heating, dehumidification and ventilation equipment, to Danish group Dantherm, owned by Swedish private equity firm Procuritas. The deal makes Procuritas a major global player in the sector with about €100 million in consolidated revenues.
