PETRONAS signed an EPCC contract with a consortium including Tecnimont and China Huanqiu for a 400,000 mtpa Flexible High Density Polyethylene plant at the Pengerang Integrated Complex. The plant is expected to achieve Ready for Start-Up by May 2019.
