# MHPS receives order for GTCC power generation equipment from HK Electric for Lamma Power Station

Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems (MHPS) received an order from Hongkong Electric (HK Electric) for a 350 MW class gas-fired GTCC power generation system for Lamma Power Station Unit 11 in Hong Kong. Mitsubishi Corporation is prime contractor. Operations are scheduled to begin in January 2022.
