The Englishman River Water Service management board awarded a $21 million contract to Knappett Projects for the water intake, treatment plant and transmission main. A separate $3.7 million contract for membrane filtration equipment was awarded to H2O Innovation. Construction is expected to start in 4-6 weeks, with completion in summer 2018.
