# Veeco named sole supplier of MOCVD and PSP systems for Osram's new Malaysian LED facility

Osram Opto Semiconductors has completed an agreement naming Veeco as the supplier for MOCVD and Precision Surface Processing (PSP) systems for its new high-volume LED production facility in Kulim, Malaysia. Osram has ordered multiple TurboDisc EPIK700 GaN MOCVD and WaferStorm 3306 PSP Wet Process systems.
