Sumitomo Chemical and Zeon Corporation have agreed to form a joint venture, ZS Elastomer Co Ltd, by integrating their solution styrene butadiene rubber (S-SBR) businesses. Zeon will hold 60% and Sumitomo Chemical 40%.
