Salini Impregilo S.p.A. secured a 13-year framework agreement with Tajik state utility OJSC Rogun HPP to complete the 3,600-MW Rogun hydro dam. A firm $1.75-billion deal covers finishing the dam and making two of six 600-MW turbine units operational by August and October 2018.
