Chinese listed company CSG Smart Science & Technology has acquired MAKA Systems, a German developer and producer of CNC special machines for wood, aluminum and plastics processing. The purchase agreement was signed on August 23, 2018, with closing expected by the end of October 2018. The purchase price was not disclosed.
