Schaeffler Group and Paravan GmbH signed a master agreement to form Schaeffler Paravan Technologie GmbH & Co. KG, a joint venture to develop and commercialize Paravan's SPACE DRIVE drive-by-wire technology. Schaeffler will hold a 90% stake.
