# AxFlow acquires Bahr Pump, Pumptechnique and Flow Technologies to enter Baltics

AxFlow Holding, the fluid handling business group of Axel Johnson International, acquired Bahr Pump in Estonia, Pumptechnique in Latvia and Flow Technologies in Lithuania, closing on December 20, 2017. The deal gives AxFlow its first Baltic market presence.
