# CW Group Holdings to acquire German CNC machine tool company for EUR 115 million

CW Group Holdings (via subsidiary SG(BVI) Limited) agreed to acquire Brownstone Ventures Limited, which owns German CNC machining centre manufacturer Zuse Hüller-Hille, for EUR 115 million in cash. The deal was announced on 29 December 2017.
