Sheffield Forgemasters, through its offshore oil and gas specialist Vulcan SFM, won a multi-million pound contract with Shell to deliver 10 riser basket components weighing 11.5 tonnes each for Shell's Vito development in the Gulf of Mexico. Manufacture started in August 2018, with completion expected by June 2019.
