MB Aerospace agreed to acquire Asian Compressor Technology Services Company Ltd (ACTS) in Taiwan, which will trade as MB Aerospace ACTS (Taiwan) after finalization in January 2018. ACTS employs over 100 staff and specializes in aero-engine component repair.
