# ICOTEX breaks ground on $18M forklift components plant in Conroe, Texas

Industrial Components of Texas, LLC (ICOTEX), a joint venture between Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America and Jungheinrich Lift Truck Corp., broke ground in August 2017 on a 75,000-square-foot facility in Conroe Park North, Texas. The plant will produce over 600 types of components for forklift production, creating 83 new jobs with an $18 million capital investment.
