# Prodways Group to acquire AvenAo Industrie

Prodways Group, the 3D printing subsidiary of Groupe Gorgé, announced it has entered exclusive negotiations to acquire 100% of AvenAo Industrie, a specialist in innovative industrial solutions and distributor of Solidworks and 3D Systems products. The transaction will be paid 50% in shares and 50% in cash, with an additional earn-out of about 20% payable in 2019.
