# MCFA and Jungheinrich form joint venture ICOTEX in Conroe, Texas

Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. (MCFA) and Jungheinrich Lift Truck Corp. formed a joint venture, Industrial Components of Texas, LLC (ICOTEX), to manufacture industrial components. The 71,000 sq ft facility in Conroe, Texas, is scheduled to open in late summer 2017 and will employ about 80 people.
