# MCFA and Jungheinrich form joint venture ICOTEX in Texas

Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America (MCFA) and Jungheinrich Lift Truck Corp. announced a joint venture, Industrial Components of Texas (ICOTEX), to manufacture industrial components in Conroe, Texas. Construction of a 71,000-square-foot facility is underway, set to open in late summer 2017 and employ about 80 people.
