# Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America and Jungheinrich form ICOTEX joint venture in Conroe, Texas

Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. and Jungheinrich Lift Truck Corp. formed a joint venture, Industrial Components of Texas, LLC (ICOTEX), to manufacture industrial components. A 71,000-square-foot facility broke ground in Conroe, Texas, and is scheduled to open in late summer 2017, creating about 80 jobs.
