# ST Aerospace subsidiary EFW to build component manufacturing plant in Kodersdorf, Germany

Elbe Flugzeugwerke GmbH (EFW), a joint venture of ST Aerospace and Airbus Group, is setting up a new subsidiary in Kodersdorf, Germany, to produce lightweight components for single-aisle Airbus aircraft. The facility will occupy 30,000 sqm with a planned investment of about €40 million, with production starting by first half of 2018 and creating about 100 jobs.
