La Menorquina is investing over €15 million in a new high-performance production line at its factory in Palau-solità i Plegamans, Barcelona, capable of producing up to 30,000 ice creams per hour. The company will hire more than 200 people, with 40 technical professionals initially and 180 production operators starting in February 2027.
