Dunapack Packaging, part of the Prinzhorn Group, agreed to acquire Stora Enso's German corrugated packaging operations, including Gaster Wellpappe, Wellpappe Sausenheim and PTI in southwestern Germany. Closing is expected in 2026 subject to merger clearance.
