# Dunapack Packaging to acquire Stora Enso's German corrugated packaging plants

Prinzhorn Group's Dunapack Packaging agreed to take over Stora Enso's German corrugated packaging operations, Gaster Wellpappe, Wellpappe Sausenheim and PTI, in southwestern Germany. The businesses have about 350 employees and about EUR 74 million turnover in 2025; closing is expected in 2026 subject to merger clearance.
