# Wisecap takes over Corvaglia's Eschlikon closure production in strategic partnership

Wisecap Group and Corvaglia Group agreed an industrial partnership in which Wisecap takes over the production activities of Corvaglia Closures Eschlikon AG and integrates them into its network, while Corvaglia takes a minority stake in Wisecap. Financial details were not disclosed.
