AERZEN acquired ACI - Air Center International GmbH, which became a wholly owned subsidiary, adding oil-free and oil-injected compressors for industrial compressed air above 3.5 bar. The takeover was completed on 29 April 2025 and announced on 13 November 2025; ACI will be organised at AERZEN's Oberhausen site.
