SPX FLOW and WTE Wajdi Group signed an agreement to form a joint venture offering rotating and static equipment services to oil, gas, industrial and power customers in Iraq. The JV will be based in Dubai with a field subsidiary at North Rumalia Oil Field in southern Iraq.
