Delta-p, Pumpe og Kompressor Systemer AS is set to merge with Haakon Larsen AS to form Shift Energy Holding AS, an industrial platform with pro-forma 2024 turnover of NOK 500 million. Delta-p shareholders will hold a 50% stake in the new group.
