# Lion Microelectronics signs project for 12-inch silicon wafer expansion in Jiaxing

Lion Microelectronics signed a framework agreement to invest over CNY 3 billion to expand production of 12-inch lightly doped silicon wafers and epitaxial wafers at its existing base in Jiaxing Nanhu High-tech Zone, China. The project will add monthly capacity of 200,000 12-inch lightly doped wafers and 120,000 epitaxial wafers.
