Mitsubishi Electric agreed to acquire all shares of MEDCOM, a Polish manufacturer of electrical equipment for railcars, via its subsidiary Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of fiscal year ending March 2027.
