Holcim agreed to divest its Philippine business to China's Huaxin Building Materials for $807 million. Huaxin will initially acquire a 67.62% stake for $527 million, with Holcim exiting its remaining stake over three to five years. The initial sale is expected to complete in the first half of 2027.
