# Capmont acquires Dyneon from 3M, restarts fluoropolymer production in Gendorf

Financial investor Capmont has acquired fluoropolymer manufacturer Dyneon from 3M Deutschland in a carve-out. Production at the Gendorf site in Bavaria, Germany, will be restarted with a planned annual capacity of 18,000 tonnes. The company aims to grow to over 500 employees and annual sales of more than EUR 300 million.
