# GE Vernova wins order for 1.6 GW LNG power plant in Vietnam

GE Vernova has secured an order from Vietnam Electricity (EVN) to supply two 9HA.02 gas turbines and two H78 generators for the Quang Trach II LNG power plant in Quang Tri Province, Vietnam. The plant is expected to have an installed capacity of over 1.6 GW and is scheduled to commence commercial operation before 2030.
