# Tractafric Equipment acquires full control of Bartrac Equipment in DRC

Tractafric Equipment International has completed the acquisition of the remaining 50% stake in Bartrac Equipment from Barloworld Equipment, becoming the sole shareholder of the DRC mining equipment distributor. Bartrac's subsidiary Congo Equipment is the official Caterpillar dealer in the DRC.
