# Trelleborg acquires Gomet S.r.l. to expand automotive boots business

Trelleborg Industrial Solutions, a business area of Trelleborg Group, has signed and finalized the acquisition of Gomet S.r.l., an Italian manufacturer of protective polymer components for automotive systems, from Huntsman Corporation. Gomet's headquarters and manufacturing are in Azeglio, Italy, with annual sales of approximately SEK 270 million in 2025.
