# Mutares to acquire TREPEL Airport Equipment and MAFI Transport-Systeme

Mutares SE & Co. KGaA signed an agreement to acquire TREPEL Airport Equipment GmbH and MAFI Transport-Systeme GmbH from NDW Maschinenbau Holding GmbH. The combined companies have revenue of around EUR 150 million and about 410 employees. Closing is expected in Q3 2026.
