Wanfeng Group and ZCCM-IH formed a joint venture, Ndola Lime Limited, to restart a 95-year-old lime and cement facility in Zambia. Wanfeng Group contributed US$25 million in equity and a US$5 million shareholder loan for a 55% stake; ZCCM-IH contributed assets and a debt write-off for 45%.
