Mindray, through its subsidiary Mindray Medical Netherlands, agreed to acquire 75% equity interest in DiaSys Diagnostic Systems GmbH from Gorka Holding GmbH for an all-cash preliminary purchase price of approximately €115 million. DiaSys is a German in vitro diagnostics company.
