Datang Group's 4×660MW coal power project in Hanggin Banner, Inner Mongolia, has announced Shanghai Electric Group as the first candidate for turbine-generator supply (CNY 1.385 billion) and Harbin Boiler Company as the first candidate for boiler supply (CNY 1.56 billion). The project is scheduled to start construction in September 2026, with units coming online between November 2028 and May 2029.
