# Foamit and Sterhoek sign LOI for foam glass JV in Belgium

Foamit Corporation signed a letter of intent with Sterhoek NV (part of H2O Group) to establish a joint venture in Belgium to develop and construct a new foam glass production facility in the Antwerp region, with a planned capacity of approximately 240,000 m³ per year. Foamit will own 51-60% and Sterhoek 49-40% of the JV.
