# Bosch Ltd to acquire Bosch Chassis Systems India for up to ₹9,069 crore

Bosch Ltd approved the acquisition of a 100% stake in Bosch Chassis Systems India Private Limited (RBIC) from Robert Bosch Investment Nederland B.V. and Robert Bosch LLC for a total consideration not exceeding ₹9,068.68 crore. RBIC will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Bosch Ltd.
