# Fagor Arrasate and Funditec form Primus Robotics joint venture

Fagor Arrasate and Funditec Intelligence have formed a 50/50 joint venture, Primus Robotics, to develop and manufacture humanoid robots in Europe. The first product will be the Primus P1 humanoid robot, with production planned to reach up to 3,000 units per year.
