# Wanshun New Materials acquires 100% stake in Eurofoil Luxembourg

Wanshun New Materials, through its subsidiary Jiangsu Zhongji Composite Materials (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., agreed to acquire 100% equity of Luxembourg aluminum foil producer Eurofoil Luxembourg S.A. for €12.3889 million in cash. The acquisition has received board approval and Luxembourg Ministry of the Economy filing approval, pending shareholder approval.
